Shipping Included
At Mystic Plunder, the price you see is the price you pay. Shipping is included in the listed price of all standard items — no surprises at checkout.
Oversized Items
Some of our larger creations, such as wearable angel wings, require special packaging and shipping arrangements due to their size and delicate nature. For these items, shipping costs will be calculated and communicated to you individually at the time of purchase or inquiry. We will always confirm the shipping cost with you before proceeding, so there are no unexpected charges.
Processing Time
All of our products are handcrafted, and many are made to order. Please allow time for your item to be carefully finished and packaged before it ships. Estimated processing times will be listed on individual product pages where applicable. If you have a deadline or need an item by a specific date, please contact us before ordering and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Shipping Carriers & Timeframes
We ship using reputable carriers to ensure your order arrives safely. Delivery timeframes vary depending on your location and the carrier used. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow its journey to you.
Packaging
We put real care into packaging every order. Given the handmade and often fragile nature of our pieces, we take extra steps to make sure your item is well-protected for transit.
International Shipping
At this time, we ship within the United States. If you are located outside the US and are interested in a piece, please contact us and we will do our best to work something out with you.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please refer to our Refund & Return Policy for next steps. If your package appears to be lost in transit, contact us and we will help investigate with the carrier.
