About Our Products
Mystic Plunder sells handcrafted, one-of-a-kind art pieces including but not limited to dragon puppets, wearable wings, wearable horns, and original artwork. Because every item is made by hand, each piece is unique. Colors, textures, and dimensions may vary slightly from product photos, and this is a natural and expected characteristic of handmade goods, not a defect.
Orders & Payment
By placing an order, you represent that you are of legal age to enter into a binding transaction and that all information you provide is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or product unavailability. If your order is cancelled after payment has been processed, you will receive a full refund.
Payment is due at the time of purchase. We accept payment methods as listed at checkout, all of which are processed securely through our payment provider.
Custom and Commissioned Orders
Custom and commissioned work may be available upon request. For custom orders, specific terms — including deposit requirements, timelines, and scope of work — will be agreed upon between you and Mystic Plunder prior to work beginning. Once a custom order is confirmed and work has begun, it cannot be cancelled or refunded except at our sole discretion.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping is handled in accordance with our Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference. We are not responsible for delays or damage caused by shipping carriers once a package has left our hands.
Returns & Refunds
All sales are final except in the case of items that arrive damaged or broken. Please refer to our Refund & Return Policy for full details, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Mystic Plunder website — including product photos, artwork, descriptions, graphics, and the Mystic Plunder name and branding — is the property of Mystic Plunder and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The physical products we sell are original works of art. Purchase of a product transfers ownership of the physical item only and does not transfer any copyright or intellectual property rights associated with the work.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mystic Plunder shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the item in question.
